Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription product from My Little Mind, you agree to recurring billing based on the subscription plan selected at checkout. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
By completing checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel your subscription.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
The amount charged and billing frequency depend on the subscription plan selected at checkout. Charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
If applicable, a renewal reminder email may be sent prior to your next billing date. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status and ensuring cancellation is completed before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact our support team promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.
Subscription Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers must contact our support team at info@mylittlemind.shop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute related to subscription billing.
We are committed to resolving subscription issues directly and fairly. If a chargeback is filed, we may submit subscription records, billing history, checkout disclosures, cancellation status, and communication history to the card issuer as part of the dispute response.
Changes to Subscription Terms
Subscription terms, pricing, or product availability may change in the future. Any material changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated where required.
